WE SHIP TO CONTINENTAL US ONLY!!!

 

All live corals will ship priority overnight using UPS / FedEx as the preferred carrier.

Dry goods will ship ground service.

You must be present to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt.

Local pick-up is available, contact us to arrange a pick up schedule.

After placing an order, please inform us what day is good to receive shipment.

We can’t schedule shipment without your confirmation.

Weekly shipping schedule is Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday

 

TO COMBINE WITH AN EXISTING ORDER THAT YOU HAD PAID SHIPPING,

CHOOSE LOCAL PICK UP AND THE ORDERS WILL SHIPPED TOGETHER.

 

 

LIVE CORAL DOA POLICY:

 

We guarantee live arrival + 48 hrs after shipment arrival.

Live arrival guarantee will be honored regardless on time or delayed shipment.

Inform us asap if any lost occurred and submit clear photo of dead coral,

we will issue credit or replacement for DOA to be applied to the next purchase.

In case of total loss from a delayed shipment,

we will send a replacement shipment with free shipping.
